Yesterday, it rained and today was pretty warm. Grrr, El Nino.
Yesterday, I was so dumb and naive, thinking that rain is a beautiful thing. Fritz convinced me that I would get sick, and I said "The rain is a beautiful thing; we should enjoy it," BLAH BLAH BLAH. Rain is a beautiful thing, but it gets you sick. I have the sniffles and there's snot running down my nose. It's all icky. It was a fun day yesterday, though. I got to watch a totally pro IndepenDANCE-er, Ryan (what a love!). His dance is so amazing, that if I had to light it all by lonesome, I would totally screw it up. I'm glad Mrs. Melvin's designing it. At first, the returning Techs were telling me that if your original designer doesn't show up, the first year has to light it. I was freaked out for quite some time because I knew for a fact that since it's crunch time, she's definitely not coming back. Mrs. Melvin relieved me! I'm grateful for her. After, I was going to check on Mabuhay and just hang out with them, but I only found boys. And Rezza. All I could say is that Rezza really is my triplet. It started raining harder, but I still decided that I wanted sexy rain hair. I'm feel like an idiot, because as I typed that, snot was dripping from my nostrils. Ew. Then, Rezza, Glenn, Raymund, and Micah left and it was down to me, Fritz and Arnel. We went to the library and we were very hesitant about it. We met up with Andrew Ly (a pretty cool guy) and rain rain rain. The library closed, we talked about Super Smash Bros., and gangbangers, and another bunch of hulabaloo. Fritz left, then Andrew. Down to me and Arnel. I kept joking around that I was going to walk home, but I live ridiculously far-ish. AND IT WAS RAINING. Are you crazy? Anyways, we talked about Mabuhay and we had a deep conversation. He's a trustworthy person. He walked home, unfortunately. Poor Arnel. My mama picked me up. LA DI DA, I'm sick now.
TOMORROW'S AGENDA:
- 12pm: Go to BOTT Potluck w/ Krista, Nikki, Fritz. (INFO PENDING).
- 3pm (2:30pm): Go to Ryan's I-Dance Spacing Rehearsal.
- Whenever Spacing's finished: Janice's house.
[EDIT: Janice's cousins are visiting her, so she can't go to April's party, thus me not going either, on the account of us being stick-with-a-buddy buddies. Sorry, April!]
- 6pm: April's Birthday Dinner @ Outback.
[EDIT: I feel like a horrible friend.]
- Whenever Dinner's over: HOME, SOAK FEET, AIM, WHATEVER.
I'm going to have a full day tomorrow. Yay!
[EDIT: Unfortunately, I'm not even sure if I could go to the Potluck because it ends at 4pm, and I have to be at the theatre at 2:30 (before 3pm for sure). I REALLY WANT TO HAVE A FULL DAY. ]
OH MY ZEUS OH MY ZEUS OH MY ZEUS.
I get to watch WICKED in San Francisco with the Techs on May 6th! I'm so excited! It's a field trip during the school day, so I get to miss class. Seriously, I haven't went a year without a field trip during my days of school. EVER. In 6th grade, I had the science teacher with the field trip. In 7th grade, I got to teach at that same field trip to the 6th graders. In 8th grade, THE OUTING! Now, this year, I get to see Broadway for the first time! I'm so stoked.
Note: Jeno's 20th Birthday tomorrow.
Have a lovely evening.
Cheers xoxo.
