For the past week, I've been taking naps, but they don't end up as naps. They end up as ... sleeps. It's been a difficult week, but all I could say that I'm extremely patient. I tend to wait a lot and not mind, except for today. Right now, my little brother made me listen to a song about penises. Interesting. I don't say it's gross or weird because I knew he'd be listening to things like this one day. ANYWAYS. (Matt talks a lot).
Tuesday was my officer interview.
Alls I gotta say: SCARE-EEEE. Really.
Today was particularly wonderful, but also melancholy. The assembly was a kick-ass! Haha. ESPECIALLY FRITZ. Zzzdeng, who knew he REALLY DID have that much courage. It was the entire school, too. And unplanned! Me, Andrea, Richelle, Krista, Jolleen, Jordan, and Bernard all sat together. There was this weird empty spot between the Junior's & the Sophomore's side. It was EMPTY, like no one was sitting there. It looked funny. Yeah, so we were scanning the crowd across from us and we found Fritz. We tried waving at him, but I guess "he thought we were waving at someone else". Out of nowhere, he went down, onto the gym floor and I noticed that he had gone from his seat and I said, "Where in the name is Fritz going? Why is he with the performers? Whaaaat?", then everyone else thought, "Oh, no, what's he doing?!". Turns out he was a natural performer with moves everyone goes wild for. So at the end of the rally, the senior farewell slideshow played. It was SO SAD! Richelle was, like, crying her eyes out because the music was sad. Damn, Vitamin C is such a beezy for writing such a song! (In fact, I'm listening to it right now). It was so sad when Richelle was crying. Then, after the slideshow, I saw Reyna and I ran to her and hugged her, and that's when I broke. I cried so much. I told her that I wanted an older sister that would stay here with me. She's IS like a sister to me. She watches out for me and she makes me feel better when I'm down. Now, I won't be able to see her everyday, or stay late after school with her, doing some folk-dancing, and all that we did together. That goes for all of the senior officers. Shannel = She's like a big sister (including the last name!), Nikki = I've known her for a long time, and I respect everything she does, Jayvee = He's my son, and he'd make me laugh when I'm sad, even if he doesn't intend to. Speaking of Jayvee, when me and Andrea saw him, she started sobbing like heck. And I was laughing! I started having aftershocks during math class. Sigh. This school year went by so fast.
"You know, like, when you have this big cry, it's like the earthquake, right? Don't you cry after your earthquake? They're like afterschocks!"
-Krista Joy Mora.
It's finally hitting me.
I'm going to have a lot of earthquakes for the next 2 weeks.
OHHHHHH, MABUHAY PICNIC! Yeeeee!
I cannot wait! Water balloon fights, water fights, a "Jerk-Off", food, and the whole enchilada. It's going to be boss (hopefully). And the announcements of the winners of the Mabuhay club member awards and the new officers! Cannot wait!
Have a lovely evening.
Cheers xoxo.
